My Favorite Types Of Fruit Water | By The Editor

By Heather Hahn @HeatherHahnn

Recently, i’ve been on a M-A-J-O-R health kick.

For as long as I can remember, I have always been into “flavored water“, or “flavored carbonated water”, and when I was 18 years old, I only came to realize that these bottles sold in store are actually really, really bad for you.

Not only do they put chemical additives in it, but nothing about pre-made “flavored water” is natural.

So, lately i’ve been really into cutting up my own fresh fruit from my kitchen, and making my own fruit flavored water, which obviously is all natural with no chemical additives.

Yesterday, I cut up fresh mango and strawberry’s, and added the little fruit pieces to the bottom of my water bottle. Then I just had to shake up my water bottle 2-3 times, to let the fruit filter through both ends of the water bottle.

The water bottle that I used is, Calia By Carrie, which is part of Carrie Underwood’s new fitness line, being sold at “Dicks Sporting Goods” and you can also shop her line here. This water bottle actually has a filter system in it, which is pretty neat if you ask me.

With all of this being said, I have decided to list for you guys a few of my favorite choices for all natural fruit flavored water that you can make in your own kitchen.

Here Are My Top Favorites:

1. Strawberry, Cucumber & Basil Water

2. Strawberry & Kiwi Water

3. Strawberry & Lemon Water

4. Strawberry Mint Water

5. Lemon & Lime Water

6. Original Cucumber Water

7. Rosemary & Orange Water

All of these are great for a pre-workout or pre-yoga class!!!
