Berlin electro heavyweights Modselektor and Aparat have teamed up once again in perhaps the best turn of events to happen in 2016. Moderat gifted us with two flawless albums before, and now we have the first single off III, which continues the chilled out, complex electronic jams that made their pairing so exceptional. “Reminder” combines the absolutely stunning vocals of Aparat with stuttering, immediate production that makes the current flush of dub-step seem positively quaint. It’s a stunningly beautiful song from an album that’s sure to be one of the best of the young year.
