McIntosh Apple Fragrance OilMcIntosh Apple Fragrance Oil – Fragrance Oil Spotlight

McIntosh Apple Fragrance Oil is a fruit scent by Natures Garden. This aroma is a pure apple scent that is great on its own and in fragrance mixes. Our customers love this fragrance oil in any application.  One customer has this to say, “I used mcintosh apple oil to scent items in a gift basket I created for a charity event. I made a body scrub, hand cream, soy candles, and body spray. They were ALL fabulous! I love this fragrance, it is a perfect apple scent for my products!”  This apple scent will take you right to your local apple orchard.  In fact, if you’re local, I highly recommend Mapleside Farms.  They always have fun events and activities for the whole family.

What Does McIntosh Apple Fragrance Oil Smell Like?

This fragrance oil by Natures Garden is the aroma of crisp, juicy, sweet and sour McIntosh Apples. Great for use in gel wax too! Great by itself or use for mixing other complex fragrances.

How Do Our Customers Use McIntosh Apple Fragrance Oil in Room Scenting Recipes?

Our customers that create candles can use this apple fragrance oil in their recipes. As long as the candle is going to be made of either vegetable waxes or paraffin wax, then the product can contain up to 10% of this fruit scent. Both Joy Wax and WOW Wax will perform perfectly for this scent. Additionally, soy wax products can use a nice and strong scent for this fragrance. If you are hoping to add colorants to your creations, then we would suggest using either six drops of Spectrum red liquid candle dye or a small amount of shredded red color block. Just remember to never use crayons for the coloring of your candles as they will clog your wick.

Homemade room scenting products can be created using our McIntosh Apple Fragrance Oil. Potpourri and incense will each perform very well with maximum fragrance concentrations of 50%. Any homemade cleaning products can be scented with no more than 5% of this fragrance oil. Also, aroma beads will maintain a nice and strong scent with this sweet and sour apple fragrance oil. While this scent has been known to work well in gel wax, it is still the customers responsibility to test each purchased scent on their own.

How Do Our Customers Use McIntosh Apple Fragrance Oil in Bath and Body Recipes?

Any of our customers that are soap makers can use this fruity fragrance oil to create their products through a bunch of different methods. This fragrance oil can be used in both melt and pour and cold process soaps at a maximum of 5% for each. To demonstrate, our Cold Process Soap Testing Results have shown that this scent performs perfectly in this method of creating soaps. A batch containing this fragrance oil will have no acceleration, no ricing, and no separation. Not only will this scent provide great qualities, but the batch will have a perfect pour! If you wish to color your soap, then we suggest using red soap colorant to achieve your desired shade. Just never use candle dyes in bath and body products as they may dye the skin.

Bath and body creations can be successfully created using this soft, apple fragrance oil. Bath gels, bath oils, various soaps, perfumes, lotions, and related products can be made with this scent at a maximum of 5%. If you want to add color to your bath and body products, then feel free to add a preferred amount of red colorant or any other shade to your bath and body creations.

We hope that you enjoy this crisp apple scent in your products and recipes!
