SHOUTOUT TO DIPLO FOR PRODUCER OF THE YEAR IN THE GRAMMYS 2013 Major Lazer | Electro, Reggae, Trap  Major Lazer is comprised of Diplo, Jillionaire, and Walshy Fire
Diplo has had his hands all over, but this time as a collab with his partner, Switch. Major Lazer, have taken the smooth alternative vibe of Hot Chip’s Look At Where We Are and morphed it into some sort of futuristic space alien fighting Rasta reggae jam.

Major Lazer ft Flux Pavilion - Jah No Partial
Here, Major Lazer collide with dubstep heavyweight Flux Pavilion on their single.
Major Lazer has decided to Trap things up with their latest remix of The Prodigy‘s ‘Smack My Bitch Up‘. Diplo seems to be all about making Trap these days, and with the consistently quirky and energetic tracks he puts out on a regular basis, it’s hard to disagree with anything he decides to make. One would never consider putting a Trap beat over a crazy breakbeat classic like ‘Smack My Bitch Up’, but Major Lazer does it flawlessly and with as much energy as possible.
