Mø’s Not Such a ‘waste of Time’ [video]

Any female artist who convinces us of true badass-ness, both visually and sonically, gets our vote and that is exactly what MØ has done. The Danish pop goddess has just delivered to us on a silver platter her latest single, “Waste Of Time” — it’s lathered with slick R&B melodies and hard hitting, gutsy beats. Not only does the song truly kick butt, but the video which opens with a parental advisory message raises Karen Marie Ørsted’s edginess to a whole new level. Featuring an interesting juxtaposition of pastel paintings, a fearsome looking green tree snake, a burning office chair, some demonic dancing, and Orsted facing the camera, dead-eyed holding a chainsaw.
