Lockout update: No deal tonight, but sides will meet, could have deal by tomorrow nightNow, for those of you that are firm believers of staying true to your word, chances are your probably a little disappointed in David Stern's ability to follow through with his threats to the players when this current deal was proposed.
The owners and players met tonight in response to the union wanting to call a meeting (as mentioned above). Nothing has been reported in response to the meetings from today yet other than that they will meet tomorrow and that we may be closer.
But, unfortunately, Mr. I Have Sources (ESPN's Chris Broussard) says we are still really far apart.
So when the two sides meet again we'll give you an update. Let's hope that we can find a deal tonight.
