Verdict on Lockdown

Lockdown is a medical thriller in a similar vein as ‘Contagion’. It shows how quick-thinking medical teams will need to quarantine any potential spread of a virus that could kill millions. This shows the tension growing between the people who are in quarantine, as they have busy lives they want to get back to.

The movie shows the chaos the situation can create, despite it being the right thing. How the people in quarantine see it as a prison, as they are busy living their own lives. It is an excellent look at how important the situation is, even if it isn’t comfortable for the people involved.

Where to Watch: Lockdown is available on Netflix now.

Final Thoughts Lockdown is a great look at how a nation could react to a deadly virus outbreak.
