While I enjoy some tunes from Mayer Hawthorne, I never really posted much about him. Not even really sure why, it just didn't happen much. Yet, his cover of Rihanna's "Stay" caught my attention and thought I'd share this. Out of all the pop tunes out their, Hawthorne really likes this one and decided to show some support and give it his own unique flare. With a live instruments and a sort of jazz/soul vibe to it, I'd say Mayer Hawthorne did a damn good job. Stream and download below.
