You might remember Norwegian producer Todd Terje from last years massive hit ‘Inspector Norse‘. Terje has now teamed up with Lindstrøm, a fellow Norwegian producer, on their new single ‘Lanzarote’.
‘Lanzarote‘ is a brilliantly textural, retro track filled with looped synth stabs, arpeggios and a defined bassline, building to an epic Euro disco groove-laden anthem. Closing with a European vocal repeating ‘I wanna go to Lanzarote/California/Puerto Rico’ and other such holiday destinations, Summer has come early with this upbeat, infectious track.
The two electronic producers are set to join forces this summer for live performances at Melt in Germany, Nuits Sonores in France and Sónar in Barcelona, with more festivals yet TBC. ‘Lanzarote‘ is available on Beatport through Terje’s new ‘Olsen Records’ and comes with 3 tracks including the original mix, a radio edit and a remix from DiskJokke.
