Lemon Cake

Lemon Cake

Preheat oven at 350F / 180C. Line a baking tray.
In a bowl,sieve twice,flour,salt,cornflour,baking soda,baking powder.
In another bowl,whisk eggs for 1 minute.
Add to it sugar. Mix till the sugar is dissolved.
Now to this add butter,lime juice and milk. Mix well.
The mixture will curdle.
Now add this in parts to the flour mixture and mix well till everything is incorporated nicely.
Beat well for 1 minute till the mixture is fluffy.
Pour his batter in the baking pan,sprinkle the green tutti frutti.
Mix once.
Bake for 1 hour or till the cake is done. A toothpick or knife comes out clean.
Let it cool completely before taking out of pan.
SLice it as per choice and enjoy!!
