Lemon Blueberry Puffs with Lemon Whip Cream

Lemon Blueberry Puffs with Lemon Whip CreamToday is my turn for March Madness recipes! Anything goes with this! So I have created these Lemon Blueberry Pastry Puffs. They just SCREAM SPRING! Guess what though? They are EASY!! Yes, I said it easy~ They are topped with a homemade lemon whip cream.
Lemon Blueberry Puffs with Lemon Whip CreamLemon Blueberry PuffsPastry Puffs(They are located in your freezer section. They are round)1 Small can of blueberry pie filling1 box of Lemon Pudding(Make according to the box)
Lemon Whip Cream1 box of Whipping Cream3 T Sugar1 Tsp Vanilla1 Tsp Lemon Juice Whip till its stiff like whip cream.
Bake the Pastry Puffs as directed on the box. Once they are done, let them sit on a cooling rack till they are cool. Then take a knife and go around the circle on top. Pull it off.  Take a spoon and fill the bottom with the blueberry pie filling. Then take some whip cream and put it in a pipping bag or just spoon it in. Next top with lemon pudding. Now pipe in a circle around the pastry puff. You can add a little blueberry or just leave the lemon pudding. Garnish with grated lemon peel.
