After the “Care a little more” necklace that Kristin Bauer designed with Janet Cadsawan, she has teamed up with the New York based jewelry designer again for another charity necklace. The ‘Elephant Love’ necklace is made of stainless steel with a brass heart and an enameled white brass elephant charm.
We asked Janet about the necklace and she revealed that there will be other pieces as well.
Kristin wanted to do anther piece together – this time for the elephants. I designed the elephant and she loved it off the bat. We, of course, needed a heart! We also wanted the two necklaces we did together to fit together. So that’s why the heart off set like the cross. Kristin art directed it and I helped this time with the elephant. It will come in different colored enamels and a bracelet will come too. We’re going to accessories this a bit more to make a range of items available for everyone. All profits go to the Out for Africa project.
