I am bit apprehensive on calling this a "tutorial" as this is so easy to do, and you guys probably already know how to do it and do it better than this!!
Anyways, here goes nothing...

STEPS
- this was a quick exfoliation. I used Vaseline and gave the lips a nice rub with a cotton swab/q-tip
- applied a no-shine (matt) lip balm by Neutrogena - Norwegian formula
- applied NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in shade -Adis Ababa
- lastly - Max Factor Color Elixir Lipstick 715 Ruby Tuesday
