  2. You should not limit your fluid intake to green tea alone. You should have good amount of water as well. Since green tea is a diuretic, it can cause dehydration if that is the only liquid intake.
  3. It is also believed that consuming cold green tea is more beneficial than hot. So let the boiled tea cool in normal room temperature and then consume it.  Since your body need energy to warm the tea, you burn more calories in the process.
  4. At the same time, it is important to buy the right green tea. Check the ingredients of the packet and ensure that there are no chemicals or any harmful ingredient. Natural green tea is best.

To conclude, it can be said that Green Tea Diet is actually beneficial in weight loss but at the same time, green tea also boosts immunity, and is beneficial to the entire system of the body. But at the same, mild exercises and healthy food are essential. Just having green tea and not consuming any food or liquid can prove detrimental to health.  So, the idea is to have green tea thrice or four times a day and then also eat healthy and lead an active life. This policy will help not only to lose weight but maintain the weight in the long run.
