Salt Lake City police officers have been deemed justified in the fatal shooting of bicyclist Patrick Harmon after they allegedly harassed him while he was on his bike. Officers say Patrick pulled a little steak knife on them and that’s why they killed him.
The family and community of Harmon have been asking for weeks that the police department release the footage.
