Jolly Jewellery: ALL ABOUT THE BOYS

By Jollygoodstudio @JollyGoodStudio
Since making a silver ring for my man, I thought I'd have a wee peek into the world of jewelry for men. It's not a realm I've delved into before, mostly because I feel people should wear whatever jewelry they fancy, but I went ahead and searched the Men's Jewellery section on Etsy to see what it brought up. What I found was a whole lot of leather, cooper, skulls and textured metal and quite a number of pieces which I'd happily wear myself. Isn't it lucky I have fat fingers! Here are some of my favourites.
Jolly Jewellery: ALL ABOUT THE BOYS
1. Alien Chest Buster Ring by 4blokes. I featured these guys Face Hugger ring in my Movie themed Jolly Jewellery post. It took me quite a while to decide which to put into that post, so it's great to get an opportunity to feature this one too.
2. The Last Man Standing Ring by GUVER. I do love a good ring and this one works really well. Love the way the gun is positioned and shaped around the top of it.
3. Barbed Wire Earrings from Girl Tuesday Jewelry. Nothing beats a simple idea executed to a high standard. These micro barbs are subtle but you can also find larger and more elaborate versions in this shop if you fancy making a bigger statement.
4. Leather Bracelet by Bijjou. These sturdy leather bracelets come in a great selection of colours. I love the lime and the natural ones.
5. Mt. Hood Ring from Swank Metalsmithing. This ring has some great textures and details, just look at those little trees! I also love the contrast between the bright silver and oxidised sky.
6. Anchor Necklace by We Are All Smith. Not only do I love this nautical necklace, I also adore all the packaging. It's amazing how much good wrapping can elevate a product and make it extra special.
7. Skull Bracelet from Man Up Inc. These straight forward beaded bracelets are available in some nice shades and the addition of the skull adds a tougher edge.
8. Screw Stud Earrings by Esther Chabot Bijoux. Another simple idea that works really well and some more great packaging.
