IPA – Twin Sails Brewing

By Mike @mikescraftbeer

From Twin Sails Brewing in Port Moody comes their "IPA". The beer pours a golden colour with a white head. The aroma consists of citrus, malts and mild dank hops. The flavour is of citrus, dank hops, caramel, mild bitterness and sweetness. The alcohol content comes in at 6.5% with an IBU of 45. They seem to call this an American IPA but I would put it into the English IPA category. Saying that though I did enjoy this beer quite a bit for being an English style IPA.

Commercial Description: Light bodied, pale IPA brewed with 100% German malts and generously hopped with Azacca and Eldorado hops.
