I’M LOVING Loving by Sharon, Eau de Toilette for ZEN ZEST – Tenderly clean, light, and lovely…

Upon discovering that I absolutely liked this scent I sent Tita Sharon a text message expressing how much I appreciated it and this was her reply: “Thank you sooooo much, Jules!  I really singled out that scent and it comes from Phillipe Collette (? spelling) perfumers in Grasse, France pa!  Lovely noh?!…and I wanted something light that you could make halos “paligo”  Not like a perfume na wrists and neck ok na…”

She answered the ultimate question I had: why was something that smelt so nice made light in fragrance intensity?  I must’ve sprayed the tester 3x and inhaled till the saleslady was “asar” just because I liked the smell so much.  So as it turns it out the mildness of the fragrance was a personal touch.  At first you may get the impression that it’s too much of a low sillage fragrance to appreciate but the scent, I’ve found, does linger and beautifully so.  I’m not an expert in identifying fragrance notes but to me it reminded me of an eau de toilette I once had which was Burberry BABY Touch which I think was a limited edition child’s fragrance.  It was absolutely beautiful to breathe in.  This ever so slightly reminds me of the goodness also of that blue Johnson’s baby cologne lots of us grew up with BUT taken a couple more levels up and given a creamy/powdery note that sighs “baby”.  I’m not sure if I can make out any floral notes but if you’re a sweet fruity scent sort of person this isn’t for you because it isn’t like that at all, it’s clean and huggable.

This is also a great product to start off young teens with when it comes to fragrances.  I know for a fact that it lingers in such a nice way because I sprayed it on myself and my T-shirt 3 days ago and instead of chucking that shirt into the laundry I hung up that shirt because it was still clean.  Two days later when I put on the shirt to wear it again it still had that lovely “hug” me aroma of Loving left on it.  Loving by Sharon for Zen Zest cost me Php250.00 from a Zen Zest kiosk in Megamall and should be available via all Zen Zest counters nationwide.  I currently gave this bottle to my cousin Hannah for her 13th birthday but will quickly repurchase one for myself as soon as I can.  :)

Zen Zest's Loving (Sharon Cuneta) is a dupe of Bvlgari Omnia Amethyste. It is almost the same formula, if not the same, as Zen Zest's "Bulgari Amethyste" impression.
