I have a congenital defect that causes my ear issues - the Eustachian tubes are too narrow and the muscle that opens/closes the tubes doesn’t function properly. We suspect this is also the root cause of Harry’s issues, plus he’s in daycare which is a natural petri dish of infection. So really no need to cut dairy out of his diet.
