Healthy Monday

It's pretty common to overeat during the weekend, you indulge yourself with excessive foods and drinks, sweets, snacks while watching a movie, wine, beer and much more. In addition to allowing yourself all those extra calories, you might have a hard time motivating yourself to go to the gym. And even if you are watching your calorie intake during the weekend and are trying to eat as healthy as you can, you are probably allowing yourself more than usual. Both these personalities have one thing in common: they both want to start a new week eating healthy and are more or less trying to compensate for eating too much during the weekend. In the same time you are normally extra tired during Mondays and you don't want to spend hours in the kitchen preparing a healthy meal. The solution? The recipe BELOW!

Here is a delicious and healthy meal which is also easy to make and nutritious. I never get tired of this yummy dish.

SMOKED SALMON WITH CREAMY ZOODLES (zucchini noodles)

Healthy Monday
  1. Peel two zucchinis (using a spiral slicer or a peeler)
  2. Peel and shop one onion
  3. Stir onion in a pan
  4. Cut smoked salmon in smaller pieces
  5. Put the salmon and the zoodles in the pan together with the onion
  6. Add cooking cream
  7. Add black pepper and dill (or any spice preferred), skip the salt since the smoked salmon is very salty
  8. Eat and Enjoy!
