Envy X2 from HP can be used as a tablet and notebook. This isn’t something new, but yes, it carries a few unique enhancements.

Playing games, watching videos, checking emails and more can be done with this tablet. HP boasts of having an IPS screen with 400 nit brightness. With 64 GB of storage space you can store music, apps, videos, pictures and if you are looking for more space, a microSD card can be used.

HP Envy X2 is a wonderful combo of the laptop and tablet. This new device is sure to make many heads turn. Samsung Ativ Smart PC which is expected to launch anytime soon, is considered competition. Things will get clearer once the gadget hits the market. However, with the full version of Windows 8 and other impressive features, Envy X2 is going to prove a tough competitor.HP has rightly called it “Envy”.
