Google Street Art Project Lets You Explore Over 5,000 Amazing Images

“Here today, gone tomorrow. The transient nature of street art means it can be at risk of being scrubbed out and lost forever to its legions of fans,” Google’s Lucy Schwartz wrote on a blog post. “In a new project launching today, we’ve partnered with street art experts to bring you 5,000+ images and around 100 exhibitions in the Google Art Project—telling a story of street art around the world.”

In addition to saving these expression of activism and freedom of these amazing artist’s, Google has added some of the most amazing graffiti art from buildings around the world to Google Street View. Some of those building have already been demolished, but thanks to Google those amazing artworks will live on for generations.
