Posted on the 19 July 2013 by Anna Peterson

Nexus 7 2 could be announced on July 24 during a press conference held by Google in San Francisco. Meanwhile, a video and some new images of the device have leaked on the web, as well as information on its price.

The new Nexus could be provided with a definition of 1980 x 1200 pixels. It would be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor, along with 2 GB or 4 GB of RAM, and 16 or 32 GB of internal storage. A back camera of  5 mega-pixels and a front camera of 1.2 megapixels are also mentioned in some reports. The 4G LTE Nexus 7 2 will probably debut with Android Key Lime Pie v.5.0, which would then be one of its most impressive specifications.

Is This New Look of Google Nexus 7 2?

As for the appearance, the second generation Nexus 7 is likely to have a sturdier and fancier design than its predecessor, according to some sources. We are expecting to see a sturdy matte back cover finish and a slim frame that would remind of  the iPad Mini. With such features, some websites are  suggesting the price of $ 229 for the 16 GB version and $ 269 for the 32 GB version of the Nexus 7 2. Speculations aside, we should wait for the July 24 and see what new surprises has Google prepared for us. Stay tuned. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Google + for more info on the new Nexus 7 2.
