You have to completely change your way of eating and adjust to new foods and ways of thinking. 

I was so excited when my first recipe turned out so perfectly: Gluten Free Banana Macadamia Nut Muffins(Makes up to 12 muffins)You'll Need:-6 Eggs-1/2 a cup of coconut flour-1/4 teaspoon of salt-1/4 of a cup of brown sugar-1/4 a cup of honey (or a little extra if you like it sweeter)-3 ripe mashed bananas-1/2 a cup of macadamia nuts- 4 tablespoons of coconut oil melted- Sweetened shaved coconut -Cupcake/Muffin CupsSteps:-Combine Eggs, Flour, Salt, Honey, Bananas, Nuts, & Coconut Oil together in mixing bowl.-Using a whisk, mix the combination together well (it will be lumpy because of the bananas and nuts)-Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees-Put muffin cups in tin -Ladle the mixture into the cups until the cups are almost full -Sprinkle brown sugar over tops of muffin tops BEFORE putting in the oven-Bake for 20-25 minutes depending on oven's heat. -Remove from oven & sprinkle coconut flakes over them. -Allow to cool & Enjoy!Note: Tops should not brown (only allow them to cook until golden) Enjoy Lovelies!xoBCC
