Gadgets to Survive RSI

Posted on the 11 July 2018 by Andykinsey @andykinsey

As someone who suffered with RSI, I look for the easiest ways to reduce the strain on my wrists all the time when working. Over the past few years I’ve found some really handy gadgets for the office that I wanted to share, most of them are affordable and all available on amazon for quick delivery.

RSI is something for me that now comes and goes, mainly thanks to knowing how to manage it. I can’t recommend enough trying some relatively cheap gadgets and seeing what works for you, I also suggest seeing a physio for some relief – this can be long lasting especially when used in combination with the right tools.

So if you are tired of the throbbing, cramp, tenderness, tingling sensations and weakness that comes with RSI in your wrists – give one of these gadgets a go.

If you’ve got a recommendation for a better gadget, let me know.
