Fruit Salad for Trinity Sunday

The Holy Trinity is hard to explain through food. I do however try to turn food into traditions every chance I get.

I also try the best I can to incorporate local and in season ingredients. Why not think of foods that reflect the symbolism of the Holy Trinity and make them for your next meal?

One example is this fruit salad.

The ingredients have three different fruits. The grapes, blueberries and melons can be enjoyed or swapped out for more seasonal fruit if you wish.

Each fruit represents the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

This recipe is also refreshing, requires no cooking and is easy to assemble. All you have to do is cut up some fruit and you are good to go.

You can also make this a day or two in advance, so you will have more time to do other things.
