It’s official!

The Pick n Pay Freshly Blogged competition has finally begun.

A few weeks ago I received an invitation to join the Master Chef-inspired challenge, and only the first 50 registrations would be accepted. Of course I replied immediately! I love food, and I do love to cook and experiment in the kitchen, but I hardly ever have the time to do a proper recipe post. So this is also a personal challenge for me to start being more creative on the culinary front

On Friday we received our first challenge with a list of ingredients that we have to transform into something remarkable.

This is how it works:

• Receive our Mystery Ingredients on a Friday for the weekly challenge and submit before the following Wednesday.
• All the glorious creations will appear on the Freshly Blogged site here, where everyone will vote for their favorite.
• There will be weekly prizes for the blogger with the most votes, and five bloggers will be eliminated weekly.
• The top three bloggers left at the end will participate in a cook-off 26 September and the winner will receive the grand prize.
