Time to highlight some great movie visuals! Since March marks my wedding anniversary with husband, I thought a movie with our personal attachment would be an awesome choice. We both love movies and during our dating phase, we watched some great ones. But Drive (2011) surely a stand out. I picked it without noticing that my husband loves driving (and speeding), so it’s a perfect choice.
Aside from personal reasons, I never really watched anything like Drive (2011). The movie that features Ryan Gosling’s masculinity and mysteriousness, also the phase when Carey Mulligan was the favorite leading lady on the rise. I usually hated too much violence in movies, but Drive has its own moments, not all of it showed graphic images. Perhaps if I watch it again, I’ll fast forward the violence. But the romance, thrill, the soundtrack and the silent hero story were enough to make it a solid remarkable movie. PS : I forgot that Oscar Isaac was in the movie.
