I've wanted some boots for the summer but finding ones I like and one that are comfortable quite a challenge. DMs weigh my little pins downs and according to the high-street, ankle boots just don't work in this heatwave.

I've always liked the idea of creepers but until last year I'd stayed clear. Then I got some Underground creepers in baby blue, making them more cute than daunting. I still love them. A few months later I invested in some more Underground footwear, patent leather ones that look like they've been stolen from the feet of a teddy boy.

Then after checking out the Urban Outfitters sale I came across these beauties. They tick the boxes, ankle height, black, comfortable and reduced from £105 to £40. Absolute bargain. Catch my happy feet strut around in the sun this weekend at Tramlines!
