From Beau's All Natural Brewing in Vankleek Hill Ontario comes their "Farm Table: Dunkel" a beer in their Farm Table Series. The Dunkel pours a very deep ruby red colour with a beige head. The aroma consists of lots of fruit, caramel, chocolate and sweetness. The flavour was of chocolate, roasted malts, caramel, coffee, dark fruits, vanilla and some mild bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 5.7% with an IBU of 25. A great tasting Dunkel that is a good choice for any fridge in Canada.
