This is officially my favorite drink. In my world, a sours cocktail cannot be beaten and I love amaretto too. So this recipe for an amaretto sours cocktail is my idea of heaven. Here’s how I mixed up these yummy drinks and you can see from the photo that we enjoyed these drinks with my chocolate fridge cake that I blogged about yesterday – these sweet treats went perfectly together with all the cherry and marzipan flavours in the drinks and cake!
Shake together with ice cubes:
- 2 x 25 ml shots amaretto (almond liqueur)
- 1 shot of lemon juice
- 1 shot sugar syrup
