Does This Mean That If We Don't Like Who Won the Election--we Can Kill Them?

This is something from the page's owner that verifies this is his opinion.
Does this mean that if we don't like who won the election--we can kill them? Anyone who believes this shit knows nothing about the US Constitution or its history.  The founders could have just said "fuck it" and not bothered with drafting a constitution if they felt this way.  The US would be even more of a piddly insignificant country than it is already.  It would be in there with the rest of the Central and Southern American countries if they wanted to see this.
In fact, given that the French Revolution was going on at about the same time the US Constitution was being drafted, they could have gone full out crazzzeeeee!
