Jason Statham, (my favorite badass) got famous all over the world after portraying the cold-blooded driver's part in the Transporter movie series. Well, it looks like now we can see more of those action with the new and upcoming Transporter TV series.New series will be a little disappointing because we don't get to see Statham in the show. Chris Vance has replace Statham on the main part as Frank Martin in this series and from the looks of the trailer it actually doesn't look so good. He just smiles too much. And says some crappy lines for dialogues. Statham never really smiled in the movie, except for few occasional sarcastic smiles.
Sure, the actions, thrills, cars and boobs can be seen in this series but I don't think it will just be as same as the movie.Although the cop dude in the movie, François Berléand will be playing the same part in this series too. Overall it looks good, but not great. I can still be satisfied with the movie trilogy. But yeah, having some more badass car-racing, bank robberies plus hot naked boob scenes wont be too much, right?
Transporter TV series will start airing this October with a first season, packing 12 episodes. Check out the first official trailer after the break.
