Delices des Mille est Une Nuits (Delights of the Thousand and One Nights) (Grund Editions) is a book by Kamal Mouzawak and Algerian anthropologist and historian Malek Chebel.

The first part of the book is an invitation to travel back in past to rediscover flavors and tastes as well as the art of table through beautiful tales… The second part is rich with fifty recipes written in a creative story like manner.  Beautiful illustrations by Anne-Lise Boutin complements the texts.
