Verdict on Dark Asset

Dark Asset is an action thriller following a secret agent developed to get difficult assignments done escaping his holders. It sees him meeting a stranger to reveal what they are capable of, before unleashing his vengeance on the people that made him.

This is a movie that jumps into the world of microchips to control people. We have seen these ideas throughout the years by enhancing humans to do dirty jobs. However, this is told in a different way revealing pieces of the puzzle, instead of just going down a rampaging order. Although this can hold back on unleashing the bigger action sequences. This ends up making everything ending up explaining in a not-so-slick style that the movie believes it has. It all ends up feeling like we wanted a bigger action movie than we got.

Final ThoughtsDark Asset holds too much back from the full action it could have unleashed.
