Corey Taylor sat down with American actor/TV legend Larry King for a new, in-depth interview on Slipknot and Stone Sour, .5: The Gray Chapter, Paul Gray and more.
The frontman opened up to Larry about the ‘Knot’s phenomenal new record, revealing that he thinks Paul would have loved .5: The Gray Chapter.
Corey also talked about Gene Simmons’ claim that “Rock is finally dead”, saying: “I want it to show that our genre is still very much alive. Obviously, Gene Simmons is very famously quoted as saying, ‘Rock ‘n’ roll is dead.’ I think he’s got a point, but at the same time you have to use the new technology to your advantage, and I think we are going to show people that you can still use the technology and still have something in rock and roll.”
