Collective Project Gose – Collective Arts Brewing

By Mike @mikescraftbeer

From Collective Arts Brewing in Hamilton Ontario comes their "Collective Project Gose". The beer pours a light orange colour with an off white head. The aroma is of orange, lemon and other citrus fruits, coriander and salt. The flavour is of salt, lemon, orange, coriander with mild wheat malts and a mild tartness. The alcohol content comes in at 5.2% with an IBU of 27. I am happy that the Gose style has come back as it is a great summer beer with lots of flavour.

Commercial Description: Our Gose is an unfiltered wheat beer made with malted wheat. This creates a unique cloudy yellow colour and provides a refreshing crispness and twang. Our Gose has a low hop bitterness and features coriander and Himalayan sea salt, adding hints of complementary dryness, spice and a touch of sharpness to the beer.
