Story: Closing Dynasty starts as we meet 7-year-old Queenie (Winata). She is traveling the subway on a school day asking passengers for spare change. It doesn’t take her long to move into the streets of New York City where she starts finding other ways to make money, keeping to herself along the way.

Closing Dynasty is a short drama following a 7-year-old girl wandering the streets of New York City. She begs for change, as she explores alone in a world of her own. Her journey takes her across the city as she looks to keep herself occupied.

This is a powerful drama that shows the struggles of a working family in New York. It shows how far a pair of innocent eyes will go to help her family, even putting herself at risk. This is a beautiful story of challenging expectations for love. Milinka Winata is exceptional in the leading role, as you see the struggles in her expressions.
