Cauliflower Crust Pizza

I love to cook. But, most of all I love to eat! And pizza is one of those things that you have fun cooking, eating and then you can’t help yourself but feeling guilty when eating just a slice of pizza. But, I found a way to eat this Italian deliciousness guilty free. The crust, believe it or not, is made of just grated cauliflower, a little bit of grated cheese (I used grana padano), one egg, salt and pepper. You can find all the instructions here. It very easy to make and delicious!
