Bump Watch at Early Mountain Vineyards: 18 Weeks

By Verybusymama @verybusymama
This past weekend I dropped off my little man at my mom's place and headed to Virginia wine country for work. Yes, work.
One of the clients Pivot Point Communications is working with is the newly opened Early Mountain Vineyards in the heart of the Blue Ridge mountains in Madison, Virginia.
I won't go into extensive detail, but let's just say that the weekend completely wore me out! I'm talking totally knackered.
It's not the actual work, its the being on your feet for 6+ hours that will get you. And being 18 weeks pregnant, you know this mama needed a break.
In fact, by late afternoon I "hit the wall" (runner speak) and I could not move, speak or even think. I was that far gone. But, I was in good company with my colleagues and we ended the long day with a lovely dinner in downtown Charlottesville. Still, my body was begging for a bed and soft pillows.
So what does being on your feet and working at a winery at 18 weeks pregnant look like?
Let me show you!

Bump Watch at Early Mountain Vineyards: 18 Weeks I'm running out of things to wear, but this dress never fails me!
This week I should find out if it's a boy or girl - I just hope there is a clear shot when I have my scan tomorrow.
Next up,  finding affordable and stylish maternity jeans. I'm hitting the Old Navy today and Motherhood Maternity were I saw that super mega hot mama Heidi Klum has a range of jeans that are $40.
Me gusta!
