Posted on the 02 December 2012 by Naveedkhan

Bollywood is usually remembered for melodious romantic movies like kal hona ho, devdas, Dilwalay Dulhanya Le Jayenge etc but also for many action movies likes sholay, don, ghajini, wanted & many more. Approx. 700 movies are produced in India each year which mean almost 2 movies per day. But 82 % are produced in different local languages of India & only 18% remaining in Hindi language which we covered as Bollywood movies. Some of them show up on top charts which are produced under big banners like yash raj films, Aamir Khan Productions or Red Chilies Entertainment etc.

The main thing I noticed this year regarding Bollywood movies 2012 is the improvement in trailers they made. Previously all trailers were made with all the songs in that movie & we never got an idea what the movie is basically about or it even worth watching?  Even after watching some movies I make a poker face that how idiotic the trailer was for such a nice movie.

In Hollywood scenario people see trailer to figure out is the movie worth to watch & trailers are released 2, 3 months before the movie so every must be willing to get a ticket & watch the movie.

It is not even important to mention as everyone knows Bollywood has progressed a lot. Each year movies count, budget & profits keep on increasing. But there is still a long way to go to become something equal to Hollywood industry. Still Bollywood movies progress is quite impressive.

I bet the day Bollywood stop making Salman khan’s action movies, Shahrukh khan’s romantic movies, Sanjay Dutt’s fake comedies & imran hashmis’s so called romance this world will become a better place to live. Well seriously man! Many other talents are in the industry & thousands are waiting to get a single chance. Week & repeated stories is still the problem. It is mostly happened in romantic movies that the story is repeated. I mention Salman Khan’s Action movies to be avoided as it contain highly UN realistic fighting scenes make me laugh. Like even when 50 people with rifles attack Salman he survived & beat them all alone without using any gun. lol
