I know it is so quintessentially English to dither on about the weather (even when there are gorgeous brides to be talking about) – but can you believe the weather? Even though Emma and Neil were married in early March of this year, you would never know it by how warm (albeit windy) it was on the day. With just a few passing clouds and the sun playing peek-a-boo throughout the day – you would have easily thought it was May!
Okay, okay – enough about the gorgeousness of the day and on to more pressing things – like how absolutely stunning Emma looked in her wedding dress with all of its lace details. I love the blush colour and the v-neckline that had just a hint of Audrey Hepburn.
Our first bride of the 2012 season, Emma has set a precedent for the year by being, calm, collected and EARLY to the wedding! Now, that is a lot for the rest of my 2012 brides to live up to.
But that is just the kind of people Emma and Neil are – relaxed, no-stress and so easy to like.
What a way to start the season – a wedding filled with lots of laughter and some even better dance moves (waiting for you at the end of the post).
PS- Leave it to me to go to a beautiful historic hotel like Beamish Hall and find the tractor…..
