Bhuna Khichuri / Moongdhal Kichuri

By Sharanya

Rice is the staple in the Asian countries. Bangladeshi cuisine too has pulao , biryani and khichuri made of rice. As I has to make vegetarian rice preparation , I thought of makingvegetarian pulao. Then changed to this rice prepared with moong dhal , this rice has become everyone's favorite in our family. This rice is usually served by bangladeshi's with fried Hilsha , beef rezala , omelette , Pickledonionalu bhorta. We had it with aloor dom.
