Body is a machine that if works in a proper way, ones feel great and rejuvenate all the time. The feeling of discomfort and fatigue is the big indication of something wrong. What is Fatty Liver?

It is a serious condition of fat accumulation in the liver due to which serious consequences of liver cirrhosis and liver damage occurs. Fat in liver is a normal thing but with a range. If it starts accumulating more that 5-10 %, it leads to fatty liver. Most fatty liver cases detected in persons between ages 40 to 60.

Exact causes are not clear yet it can happen due to First and big reason is heavy drinking and alcoholism. This alcoholism may induce some enzymes which can produce toxic substances and also generates reduced form of NADH that induces steatosis.
