Every year, the KBB Product Innovators Award challenges the bath and kitchen industry to come up with exciting new product ideas. This year over 130 unique submissions were brought before a panel of esteemed judges. Awards were given based on the categories of Kitchen Product of the Year and Bathroom Product of the Year, as well as honorable mentions for each. Judges were allowed to acknowledge their favorites from those who didn’t win. These contestants received the Judges’ Pick award.
For the bathroom product category, the winner was the Electronica Vision Wheel by Blu Bathworks. The digital shower control fascinated the judges with its completely digital design and navigation. All without any mechanical valves or thermostat.
For the kitchen, the winner is an amazing Wood Grain Powder Coat Finish by Danver Stainless Outdoor Kitchens. This finish transforms the cold sterile surface of stainless steel to look more like real wood. It is suited for either interior or exterior and won’t warp, crack and split.
