As I suspected, bedding and my one (only one!) towel are whats nearly throwing this packing job over the edge. If it weren’t for those, my bags wouldn’t be bursting at the seams, I certainly wouldn’t have to put three pairs of shoes in my carry-on, and I might even have extra space. Oh, and did I mention that I finally get to live a lifelong dream and be one of those people who take their pillows on the plane?
I fly out bright and early tomorrow. Rumour has it that internet on the campus is pretty abominable (whenever you get told to bring your own ethernet cord you know it ain’t good!) so if this turns into long time no blog just assume I’m alive and learning how to shower whilst wearing flip-flops, another lifelong dream of mine.
