These article is gonna beaffiliate marketingfor beginners and I want to give you the top 4 mistake I see many affiliate marketers make, and even people that have been doingaffiliate marketingfor years, they continue making the same simple mistake which is costing them money and also ruling their reputation.
Affiliate Marketing For BeginnersLet Get Started
1. No Email List
The first mistake I see so many people are making is they don't have an email list, they never decided to build one, WHY, for my past experiences why you don't create an email list is because you don't see the value, you don't see the point in the beginning. An email list is so important because you can email those people to buy your product or buy somebody else product over & over again. You do not need a website to create an email list, there is an app you use on facebook to put opt-in on your page and people can actually subscribe to your email through Facebook. You can also build your own website that will be very easy but it cost a little money but it'll make it so easier for people to go sign up and get all your content and then if they are happy hopefully you will start making some money. The first thing I recommend is that, if you don't have an email list start creating one now, the tool I recommend isautoresponder, just create your account and play with a tool to know how it works before you get started, because as a beginner the tool may look complicated to you. But you will find some good tutorial on how to use it.2. Not Testing The ProductsI use to do these, in the beginning, I would promote a product that I never try if you are promoting a product or guide make sure that you at least check it out. either get the person that owns it to send you a review copy or you buy it yourself. don't promote it to your loyal follower if you have not actually read the guide or try the service. If it's a product on Amazon obviously you not gonna buy every single product that you are promoting, in most cases at least promote a product that have a good review, if the product do not have a good review you need to figure out why it doesn't have a good review, because if you still want to promote that product you need to know at least the person that will buy that product is happy, the nice thing with Amazon is that, if the person is not happy with the product they can always send it back.3. Too Many PromotionsI can't tell you how many people I have subscribed to their email list, and what happens, they keep sending me too many promotions like buy these buy that, I don't like seeing that all the time and that is the mistake I see many people are making. Stick to a group of product that you recommend, if am talking about a product I might recommend it and if I recommend it I will actually put a link if I don't recommend that product I usually do not put a link or I just mention it when passing through. If you are trying to get into affiliate marketing and you want to actually make a living from it, don't promote every single promote you see under the sun. As you create a bigger following you would probably have more product or different things you do use in your daily business and that is perfectly fine. But to start out on day 1, don't promote 15 different promote that you think that person needs to buy, chances are if you promote 15 different product to me am done with you, I will just opt-out your email list, so you will lose subscriber right there. Now, What I recommend is, if you send out an email and you gonna promote a product, I would not recommend you ask for more than two things. if you tell them to go check out your product, guide, new service, or whatever it is, just tell them that, if you also say subscribe to my other list or check me out on Facebook that is fine. Only give them two actions to actually do because if you give them 3 - 4 and 5 option chances are they just wouldn't do any of them.4.Traffic From Only One SourceGetting traffic from only one source is the biggest mistake many affiliate marketers make because they only getting traffic from their website I understand if you are putting your time and effort into your website, why not going to get traffic from social media, youtube channel, email list or pay to advertise. The reason i say that is because I have many websites and back before google did the whole panda update which completely change the ranking factors, and what happen was that some of my site drop from spot 1 on google to top10 pages because that update completely kill a lot of my website and that was my number one traffic source. So what am gonna now? That is why am telling you because I know what will happen if you only have one traffic source, you would lose all the traffic completely, you don't have any money coming in, and then you start to figure out what you gonna do. what I recommend is social media, youtube, having multiple traffic source is a great way to really increase your income but also increase your presence online.multiple traffic source is the key to enlarge your income but also a more loyal following.ConclusionThe way you want to promote your product is completely up-to you, website, youtube, social media, email list. my advice is, not only getting traffic from a multiple source, but also provide value to that traffic. If you are my daily reader you would probably know that I keep coming up with more and more content because I want to provide value. the reason I provide value is that later on, i could promote something that I believe is valuable and most people that read that are gonna think OK this's probably a good product, that is what I want you to understand, you need to provide value to your traffic.OK folks hopefully you grab something from this article but also remember whatever you do learn how to build a relationship
