Adam Lambert The Original HighAdam Lambert is a name that you might remember. Not because he has a new album out or a new single but because in 2009 he became the runner up in the eight season of American Idol. The thing that was great about this show was not only the winners of the show was able to break through on this hard industry but also the other contestants.

On June 12, 2015 he released his third studio album called “The Original High”. He has had other seccussfull albums but this one I feel is a better album for him. The thing that happens with shows like The Voice or American Idol is when the contestants get a record deal they have a lot of people telling them what to do when they are first making their album. Along the way they do find their voice and I think this is the album to show Adam’s true voice/musical style.

The first single off of this ablum is called “Ghost Town”. This song also happens to start off this very well done slbum. I have to say that I’m glad he used this song as the first single and also tos tart off the record. When the song starts it has a raw feel even tho it’s not raw. Then the chrous kicks in and soon enough you are whistling with it. I have to say that htis song is on my summer time playlist and it should be on yours as well. If you haven’t gotten this song I have no clue what you are waiting for.

The other song that I can’t stop listening to is “Another Lonely Night”. Somethine about this song grabbed me and wouldn’t let go until the song was over. It has almost a smiliar feel as to “Ghost Town”. So that could very well be why I like this osng so much. I do have to say I love how everytime it’s a verse it goes to this raw feeling then it builds it self up for the chorus. This actually happens not just once but throughout the whole song.

I really could just go on and on about this whole album. That is how well done and put together it is. I won’t do that but I will mention that this is one of the few albums you need to get. I was not dissapointed with any of it.  I am giving this a five out of five star.
