So, Day 3 of my Christmas countdown…it’s going far too fast! I thought I’d share another beautiful wedding with you and this time it’s the wedding of Anna and Lee. My favorite line from this wedding came from Anna’s Mum… “Man up, I thought you were a Marine”
I feel so honoured to have been asked to film their wedding because I filmed Anna’s sister’s wedding back in 2011 (if you haven’t see their gorgeous wedding highlights you can see it here). If filming a wedding wasn’t pressure enough I had to make sure it was as amazing as Katie’s wedding film (one of my most popular films from 2011)! I soon forgot that on the day as it was like seeing old friends again, everyone was so welcoming and I couldn’t believe how much their little boy Josh had changed (he too features in Katie’s wedding film wearing the cutest tux babygro). As always, the morning went by in a blur and we went from nerves and feeling sick to giggles and chaos. Anna’s Dad didn’t let us down and set everyone off crying when his tears started but it turns out there were even tears over at the grooms house…
As one would expect, the ceremony at St Catherine’s Church in Hoylake was full of tears as well as a few funny moments involving the weddings rings and confusion with hands! Lee looked ever so handsome as he waiting for Anna and they couldn’t stop grinning when they sat with each other at the alter. More tears came with the emotional readings and prayers and then it was on to the stunning reception venue, Inglewood Manor.
There were so many beautiful moments we captured from the day and I think having filmed Katie’s wedding day Anna and Lee put their full trust in us to create their very own beautiful wedding DVD. I’m just designing and building their final DVD now in the hope it will make it to them for Christmas so for now here is their highlights film…
