$7 Pizza at Whole Foods

By Vanessa @forvegetables

photo(2)Getting anything from Whole Foods for cheap is difficult. This week I made two pizzas for less than $14 total. I sliced each pizza up into 8 slices and ate two slices for lunch and dinner for four days. Food. From Whole Foods. That lasts four days. For $13 and some change. Why hadn’t I figured this out long ago?

Here’s what I got: two premade whole wheat pizza crusts ($5 and change), one jar of pizza sauce ($4), and one package of Teese mozzarella “fake cheese” ($4). I also added a little lemon pepper seasoning and a few tomato slices on top. The pizzas turned out pretty good and I was even impressed with the “cheese.” I’ll definitely be making pizzas more often!
